 7-Days Panchakarma DetoxPanchakarma – Nepal Ayurveda Wellness brings you a 7-day Panchakarma Detox that deeply purifies, balances, and rejuvenates without leaving the city. Guided by expert Ayurvedic doctors and therapists, this program helps eliminate toxins (Ama), balance doshas, and restore your digestive power, energy, and mental clarity. Over 7 transformative days, you’ll move through Preparation, Cleansing, and Rejuvenation phases in a calm, supportive environment.

Program Structure

Day 1 – Arrival & Ayurvedic Consultation

• Warm welcome & orientation
• Prakriti-Vikriti (body constitution) analysis
• Personalized Panchakarma treatment plan
• Introduction to Ayurvedic lifestyle principles

Days 2–3 – Purva Karma (Preparation Phase)

• Abhyanga – full body oil massage with dosha-specific oils
• Swedana – herbal steam therapy to open channels
• Gentle digestive support with herbal ghee (if prescribed)
• Evening yoga & breathwork for lymphatic movement

Days 4–5 – Pradhana Karma (Main Cleansing Phase)

Depending on your constitution, therapies may include:

• Basti – medicated herbal enema for Vata balance
• Nasya – nasal therapy for sinus detox & clarity
• Shirodhara – calming oil pour on the forehead
• Herbal decoctions & Triphala for internal cleansing
• Optional yogic cleansing (Kriyas) under supervision

Days 6–7 – Paschat Karma (Rejuvenation Phase)

• Rasayana therapy – immune-boosting herbal tonics
• Ayurvedic healing meals (kitchari, herbal teas)
• Guided meditation & sound bath
• Final consultation & post-detox lifestyle plan
• Optional Marma therapy or energy healing
